Ms. Carolyn Chandler was a resident of Christian Care Center of Medina who was admitted to our Rehabilitation Center to participate in our inpatient program following a fall resulting in a decline in function.
Ms. Carolyn pursued goals in therapy that included improving strength, balance, stability and muscle endurance to safely return home. She demonstrated quick advancements in her rehabilitation success returning home in less than 4 weeks!

Mr. William Aikens chose Christian Care of Medina following a recent hospitalization resulting in a decline in function and an increase in burden of care. Upon admission, he was having difficulty with mobility and requiring increased assistance with activities of daily living, impacting his ability to return home.
Mr. Aikens was a model therapy patient - working relentlessly every day in his rehabilitation journey with his eyes set on returning home. In just a matter of two weeks, he was able to exceed his goals- a testament to his therapy dedication! He leaves us confident in his ability to return home and care for himself independently.

Ms. Tracie Bacon chose Christian Care Center of Medina following a recent hospitalization as a result of a cerebrovascular incident. Upon admission, she was having difficulty with mobility, activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living.
Following three months of inpatient rehabilitation Ms. Tracie is returning home with the confidence and tools to continue improving her overall health and wellbeing. We are extremely proud of Ms. Tracie’s rehabilitation success and wish her well as she returns to the community!
When asked about her therapy experience with us at Christian Care Center of Medina, she states, “You all have been wonderful. I feel strong and capable!”
